I needed help in gaining access to the Computershare portal: including correction of my email address and resetting password and security questions. My queries were addressed over the telephone by the charming and patient Rukshana, who helped me with all the above, and as an additional service, provided information on dividends for my tax return: so saving me the need to go searching my personal database.
I received brilliant support this morning from Mark. He took the time to resolve my issue and also waited to check I'd completed it correctly. Went above and beyond in my opinion and I can't thank him enough for that. Really pleasant and courteous
Horrendous customer service. A mixture of voice bots and answering machines, none of which could provide the answer I need to my query. I was simply trying to tie up loose ends relating to a deceased relatives estate. Round and round in circles impossible to speak to a human.
