Can’t sell my shares. Atrocious service!

As of 16 January I am told it is impossible to sell part of my Astra Zeneca shareholding until 2nd February. This is a price sensitive transaction and I find it impossible to believe a major uk shareholding is affected in this way. I am in the complaints process but who makes up any loss if the shares fall in value ?Atrocious service! Madeline Hawkins

Horrible experience for a shareholder…

Horrible experience for a shareholder abroad. The company has no incentive to help, extremely slop to reply and once they do reply, I feel they try to make things more complicated. This is absurd.

We paid for their mistake

They issued us a cheque for a dividend without our asking them to do so, we were not able to bank the cheque because cheques are no longer accepted in NZ and they have now charged us a fee of 124 pounds for cancelling the cheque that we did not ask us to send.
