To start with it was difficult to get to speak to a live agent. This took several minutes of trying different combinations of making the request. My query couldn't be answered and so Mussa offered to send an explanation by email.
After entering my query online, the Computershare chatbot referred me to an agent, Mussa, who quickly came back with a clear response, including some details relevant to my query, and an idea about useful next steps, as my query could not be fully resolved at this point.
I called to get information and spoke with a female named L**a. Although she was nice enough and very eager to help, it seemed as though she did not know the particular product, my company shares, well enough and that maybe she came across it for the very first time. Also on several occasions she was quickly reading information to herself but out loud, so I didn’t know if it was pertinent to be writing it down. Lastly, the audio and connection wasn’t good in two aspects… it seemed as though the rep’s computer/laptop mic was picking up her voice and not her headset, as if I was on speakerphone on her end, making audio not the clearest… for the connection, it was as though it was wireless and the reception was repeatedly going in and out a bit. So understanding the information being relayed to me was understandably quite difficult throughout the entire call.
