Where are my Balance Certicates?…

I have made two recent share sales and sent in share certificates. On neither occasion were Balance Certificates issued and I had to chase and chase. The sales were on 6 August and I have just received one by 14 October but the other is nowhere to be seen despite further calls and messages. It's such a basic it is hard to understand how it can be so bad and frustrating

Many Thanks for the detective work re: Missing Shares. It was good that Computershare had records going back to 2006 - and were able to tell me that these shares were sold as long ago as that.
