Customer service & service team a total joke. I would question the quality of their work. Also made Audi Ireland aware of my compliant yet to hear from anyone from connollys or Audi Ireland. Will never deal with Connollys again !
I bought a mercedes from Connollys in Galway,in October 2022, the car was pulling to the left, they brought it back 4 or 5 times, said they changed bushes and links in the front in march and April of 2023, the front of the car was rattling in December of 2023, brought it to my local mechanic and had to replace all links and bushes in the front,the car now drives well. I emailed Daryl webb and general manager Damien Kenny about this issue and got no reply from either. The wire was coming through the front tyres when I checked after I had it for 3 weeks and they put two second hand tyres on the back,I reported this and they gave me a free service and put two cheap Chinese tyres on the back. They also done a cheap job repairing the front drivers seat. It was a terrible experience but alot of lessons learned, will never deal with those guys again. They are not to be trusted.
I got my first EV Volkswagen ID4 I am so delighted with it I highly recommend that you deal with this dealership Connolly of Letterkenny I dealt with Mariam Brown she was delighted to talk to not too much trouble everything she said about the car was true I Definitely will go back to that dealership again thanks Marion Paraic
Just bought an A6 from Connoly Audi ballina and on entering the showroom I was met with a very pleasant welcome from the girl at the front desk and the sales man Dominick was a pleasure to deal with and the transaction was probably the easiest one I have had when buying a car I would highly recommend this garage and will definitely be returning to Connoly Audi ballina when trading my carBest wishes Joe carroll
Its not too often you have the pleasure of dealing with someone who so obviusly loves thier job and consistantly makes you feel like their only customer. Zoe has been working tirlessly on my behalf to find me the right car and with a combination of her knowledge and enthusiasm i have no doubt i will be signing on the dotted line soon. If you are currently looking or considering a change of car i would highly recommend that a call to Zoe is the first one you make
Left my Audi in for a recall and basic service at Connolly's Letterkenny at 9am. The Service Manager said it would be ready at 12.30. Called back at 1 and they said it would be another half hour. Went forward and back several more times and I quickly got the impression that they hadn’t got a clue about what was going on. My car wasn’t ready until 3.45pm. No apology or any sort of courtesy given to me by the service staff during my experience. They’re an absolute disgrace to the Audi brand. Could somebody at Connolly’s please take them to the other VW group dealers in Donegal to show them how customer service should be done.
I bought a 2020 vehicle from these Nov'22 and May'23(six months later) they would not take it back as a trade-in in the same condition as purchased. I tried to contact the sales rep I bought it from, no reply, I tried to contact the sales manager, no reply, I even contacted Audi Ireland who contacted them on my behalf and still no reply.
