Placed two orders containing abou 7 packs of 50 each. It was a good deal, yay!No! About a week later I receive my first part of the delivery. Containing 1 pack of one piece … wrote a inquiry mail to the contact on their page, a week later with no answer and my clients asking for a final offers I started calling, several times after waiting for about 10-15 minutes the person on the line simply answers and immediately closes. Next day a lady answers, she was helpful and actually agnoledged that indeed, it must be a delivery mistake, she will adresses it immediately.With confirmation on the items total number and that everything will be fine I forwarded my offers.About a week after the phone call I get the delivery… again, each pack of 50 containing only one piece per pack.Now I start mailing again… 5 days reply time -“ we are sorry but the title description was incorrect, here is a retour link “I email again explaining I cannot accept that, I’ve already allocated most of those parts and my offers are forwarded, this will cost me quite allot.Reply after 3-4 days ? : Terms and conditions (4.2) renders Conrad not responsible for any errors they make in quantity, picture, and description.I am repulsed and yet in the same time amazed as in Belgium a webwinkel can be “ not responsible “ for what they sell.
