I signed up in August of '23. I had questions off and on and their response has always been prompt. Just in the last couple of days I had questions about my account. I felt it was stagnant. I received a reply from Natalie H. explaining in detail what was happening with my account. I had question after question and also I explained what was going on with me financially and with my home. She answered each and every email, sometimes in the same day. Well,,,14 emails later Natalie was able to lower my monthly payments and answered each and everyone of my questions. When I expressed my hardship, Natalie H. was very concerned, kind and spoke to me like a family member not a client. Natalie H. has become a friend, and she maintained professional while still being caring and understanding. KUDO'S to Natalie H. I have also delt with other members of the team, not to the extent I did with Natalie H., but they have always been very understanding and willing to help in any way they could. If you have a problem, it doesn't have to be financial, if you're facing jail, law suite , there is someone at Consumer Legal Group to help you.

I found this last firm to lack complete disregard for their motto. They say they offer assistance which is true....only if you help yourself. Know that if you get a summons....they WILL tell you to appear in court at the last minute. They will not go to court on your behalf They are more than willing to CALL and negotiate a settlement though. If you want mediocre service, this isn't the right place because they don't provide that either. For your monthly payment, they will provide the minimal service. I will be posting weekly on my experience. Stay tuned.
I am paying this company for what i thought they were setting up a repayment plan and paying my bills.Instead, they're sending letter for bills that i know are mine to begin with. so now i am out over $2000.00 and still owe the debt.they told me stop paying the bills.now i am behind on bills and have a worse credit rating than i did before they started.

Takes too long to do what they are paid to get done. Nothing has got done since I hired them, other then what I could have done on my own. It's been almost a yr and all that has gotten done is my credit score dropped, raised when the loan came off my record,and then the loan came back on my record and dropped again. Why pay them to do what you can do.
