I must say, working with CLG has been a great experience. From my first interaction with Arnie and very representative I have had the pleasure of speaking with since, has made my experience feel safe and comforting that I am in the right hands. (I know I am going to miss some names, but I feel as many as I can remember off the top of my head deserve recognition) Xiomara, Ebony, Sheila, Ronald, Tal (the lawyer I spoke with) All of your help, understanding, explaining, kindness, is greatly appreciated.
I was in a jam on Friday after hours and decided to give emailing them a shot knowing I probably wouldn’t hear anything back until Monday but Kristen S came to the rescue and emailed me back on a Saturday and helped explain what I could do and helped me with a solution. She was truly a lifesaver and also very quick to respond! I highly recommend working with CLG. It’s been the best experience I’ve had by far!!
I called on Aug 24 to submit a summons that I received today and emailed the documents and recheck to confirm that they received them which they did.Mrs Beanna Sauls helped me through this process and made sure that it was placed on my portal ,Iwas very appreciated by her Help on these matter…
I am happy to be working with Consumer Legal Group.They have done everything they told me they would do. When I had a question, I would always have my answer before the day was done. I hated it but I had gotten behind on my bills. Sometimes things happen that is out of our control. If my friends or family ever needed help like I did I would tell them how I was helped, so they could be helped too.I feel like I will be in good financial shape again.
This review is based on Anna’s performance. She is a jewel!!! CLG is lucky to have her. I now have her email and she is happy to be my contact. The other experiences I have had habe not been as good. The worst part is that they have a call center in Asia. When you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars, lawyers and creditors this is NO way to run a business. They are not schooled in the proper language to make any of the calls worthwhile. I was not enjoying this company or experience at all until I had the pleasure of meeting Anna. Now I feel safe and that someone has my back.
Breanna is a great Representative, she will stay on top of you to help you get the information submitted (smile) in a very curious and and very polite way. Got to go…… got to get some more paperwork in (smile). But seriously check them out. Give them a call….. you will be pleased.
I was with a debt hardship program called jumpstart. I received a call one day from Consumer Legal Group saying they took over for JumpStart financial. In my welcome call I was guaranteed nothing has changed as far as what I signed up for with Jumpstart.They stated the only thing that would be new is that they would be the ones taking my money out of my account each month. I recently got served by a creditor I called Consumer Legal Group immediately. They got back to me a few days later asking if I had the money to settle with this creditor. I said you tell me how much do I have in my escrow my from the company you took me from and what have I paid you so far. They stated nothing no money in escrow. They then went on to tell me my previous company went bankrupt which they never mentioned in my welcome call and I lost all my money. So they no only took over customers from a company that ripped their customers off and took their money but lied and scammed them all too. They offered me a refund request form which I filled out weeks ago and nobody will get back to me they won't even take my calls. I will be making my attempt to start a class action suit against jumpstart financial and Sue consumer legal group privately for the switch and bait they pulled on me. Stay away from this company.SCAM
