I m not very familiar with legalities when it comes to my credit , I called consumer legal group , my friend suggested that I call because I felt like I was living a nightmare , I try reaching out to the bill collectors so I can settle my debt and I was just going in circles . Steve Vestal answered my call and immediately he reassured me I was not the only one , He pretty much took over the wheel and gave me peace of mind . Thank you MR VESTAL! I want to take the time to give a shout-out to ROOSEVELT W. On my recent call with him, he was very calm and patient as he assisted me with my concerns. I am often skeptical of companies like these & haven’t had the best success with customer service all the time, however ROOSEVELT floured me today. I felt like I was the only customer he had as he continued to patiently assist me and put my mind at ease. I surely hope this review gets looked at & ROOSEVELT gets the acknowledgment he deserves. As a current manager, I closely pay attention to customer service from others and the service he provided today is key to why consumers will stay with a company. It’s people like ROOSEVELT that carry the company as they deal with the consumers first hand. Thank you again for your service and for putting me at ease today! You are amazing and I hope a pay increase, bonus, or stipend of some sort is given to ROOSEVELT for his phenomenal service provided today! I could go on & on! lol
I canceled my contract with on November 3. I have called numerous times requesting my refund to be it’s still in review. We are now in year 2024 with no resolve. The integrity they say the company abide bye is a joke JALENE DUFFMAN Ohio
I first spoke with Dylan who explained the program to me simply so I could understand it. I was newly divorced and had a lot of credit card debt. I was scared. Dylan treated me like he would treat his own mom. He helped me get signed up. He DIDN’T disappear after I became a client. He checks in on me and is truly what you would want an account person to be. The staff at CLG has been amazing. When I needed to move my payment date due to my paycheck funds availability-there was no pushback and no questions. They have successfully closed two of my credit card accounts. You have to be patient and let them work the program for you.
I’m glad I called,from the very first phone call ,CLG has ALWAYS,made me feel at ease, I have called them at times and sometimes in a panic and tears ( big tears),they have always come through for us,and explained everything to me/us,they have reassured and calmed me down, we are grateful to have them on our side.
