Put customers need first, responds were prompt and resolving my concern immediately. Honest and respect my rights and make me carefree even if this time my intention is to do cancelation of the services by them. so I was worried in the beginning.
I was very pleased with the service I got from the customer service representative. He addressed my need to resolve my issue. He was very enthusiastic about helping me which I was impressed with. I felt comfortable that my problem was that care of
I was contacted in early October by individuals who identified themselves as 'Consumer Legal Group' I found out a month later that they were a referral affiliate of sorts to the actual CLG. I have had a rough time communicating and getting beyond miscommunication, contradicting statements and missing documents that were transmitted by me, yet, allegedly not received by CLG staff. This even after I received email confirmation from the firm that said documents HAD BEEN received. I was ready to sever the relationship. Missteps in understanding had negatively exacerbated an account and placed me in jeopardy. Why am I giving Consumer Legal Group a 4+ star rating? Mainly due to the transparency and frankness of several Consumer Legal Group staffers including a CLG staffer named Chance. Chance stands head and shoulders above everyone else that I have spoken to at the firm, yet his savvy doesn't mitigate the value and hard work many others have given like Lissette, Ryan and, yes, Jen. I've called CLG at least twice a week every week over the last three weeks. Tonight, the day after Thanksgiving , feeling immensely unthankful, I called again, and this time I wanted to 'go the mattresses." But Chance quite surprisingly and very adeptly drew me into a session of, what I call 'outcome engineering'. This is where two parties state exactly what a successful outcome should include, look and feel like. He didn't try to artfully dodge previous 'red herrings' in the brief relationship, nor did I attempt to relinquish my responsibility for being somewhat of a 'gadfly' in the relationship. However I ALSO wanted him to know that I am going to be an ACTIVE player in this credit repair project. I have hired other companies who were quick to present their fees, get me to sign an agreement and then they proceeded to 'hang out' somewhere as they debited my checking account month after month without sending even ONE letter of dispute to the credit bureaus on my behalf. I wasn't about to let those scenarios play out again here. So, I admit that I 'posted up' early in the game with CLG. I have been in their face from the first debit of my checking account. Not only Chance, but most of the CLG personnel I have spoken with during the past month have listened carefully and responded compassionately to my concerns. However, this evening with 20 minutes left before close of business, Chance urged me not to worry about the time, but concentrate on getting things done right. He was efficient, meaning he did things right. He was effective, meaning he GOT THE RIGHT THINGS DONE. I'm not only still a client of CLG. I'm still going to continue at the present fee of $355 per month. I'm not gonna whine and, I'm dropping the 'fill court press' defense in order to allow the firm to "shoot their best shots." NOW, I feel that we're on the same team, using the same playbook. From where I sit, looks like we're both gonna win, HANDS DOWN! Would I refer/recommend Consumer Legal Group at this juncture? Does a bear feel better in the woods???? ( Well, I couldn't ask that question like you might have heard it because I have a G-rating, not a PG rating on TRUSTPILOT. Lol...Happy Holidays to all!!
They tell you they are working on your behalf. But they ruined my credit. I was at least plaguing my bills and getting things taken care of. Now my credit is ruined because they waited for every thing to go to collection and even tho I've held up my payments they have yet to pay one thing for me. Stay away from them. It will take me forever again to get to where I was thanks to them. Ruined all my goals and plans. They are liars. There is nothing they can say now that will ever make me trust them.
