Car returned without delay, undamaged. HOWEVER, when leaning against the car to put our cases in the boot it moved forwards - it was apparent that the parking brake was not applied and the car was not left in gear. On the drive home I also realised that the door mirrors had been significantly adjusted from my normal setting, making changing lanes more tricky.
First time I used this company as my regular parking provider on this road was full. Booked no problem at all, asked a few questions prior to booking and got an actual person on the phone and via email which was great. Delivery no problems at all very efficient to leave cars and instructions, bus was ready and waiting. Upon arrival back to the UK which was about 1:45 AM, waited max 10 minutes for the shuttle bus (both drivers were very friendly and polite) and collected the car no problem at all. Could not fault the entire service and will definitely be using again thank you
