Everything about the experience goes very smoothly from booking in, buses taking you to the terminal and the collection procedure. All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. So a good all round service and we have used this service and company many times over the years
Great parking! Close to Gatwick and didn’t have to wait for a bus service that long! The only thing I didn’t like was a grumpy lady that picked up my phone when I was coming back from Gatwick to the car park, when ordering a pick up bus. I understand it was 7 am on a Saturday morning but still this is a client service role and smile and being friendly should be something that comes with the parking package.
