I have used this company multiple times. Minimal waiting around for buses to transport you to to and from the airport terminal. Reasonably priced. Just don’t be tempted to book until there is an offer. I booked at the same time as booking my holiday then received numerous offers for cheaper deal over the next few months.
The bus collection was a lottery, very badly managed. I did as requested and phoned when we got our suitcases but this counted for nothing as the drivers were not checking the order of collection. We were one of the last onto the third bus after a very long wait. We were at the front of the queue, but there was an APH bus on the stand and the Cophall bus driver opened the doors when he stopped behind it. This meant the end of the queue was by the doors and us now at the back. Not happy. We have used Cophall Parking for over 10 years and this has been our worst experience. 14/08/2025 00:10
