AVOID THIS COMPANY. The transfer to the airport was very smooth but they clearly have issues with the late night/early hours pick ups. Every bad review I have read (there are hundreds) all state the same problem. There is no organisation within the team, they no they have loads of people waiting but just send out 7/9 seater vehicles leaving people behind. They don’t seem to have a simple system of picking people up in the order that they call in - it is a shambles. Very rude drivers, and little room for luggage - you could end with a suitcase on your lap. I have contacted them to ask for details of who to complain to but have had no response.
AVOID Cophall Parking at all costs! Regular user of airport parking, and this is like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. Totally disgraceful. Between calling them to let them know I was nearly outside the terminal, it took 1 HOUR to get back to my car. But that’s not even half the story. Having been told the bus would arrive within 15 minutes, the driver, having arrived after a 25 minute wait, proceeded to sit stationary outside the North Terminal for no reason. After asking the driver how long we would be waiting, he refused to converse and instead called the office and made me speak down the phone on speaker - highly unusual and strange behaviour. We then left, but stopped at the South Terminal. After several people got on, we then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes with no movement, for no reason at all. Twice I had to ask the driver when we might be leaving, and he refused to talk, calling the office and handing me the phone again, by which time I virtually had to beg if we could leave. By the time we arrived back to reception it had been an hour since I first rang them. I told reception staff and asked how this could happen, and their first response was to deny it had happened, until I could show the call log and time confirmation on my phone. The driver then strolled in, laughed into my face arrogantly when he could see I was frustrated and exasperated, and he continued to make comments while I was trying to deal with reception staff. It was rudeness beyond belief, and a horrific experience late at night. I was given a card with an email to complain to, and my experience was then investigated after weeks. Yet, when I received a lengthy email detailing the “poor service” (their words) I received, and filled with excuses and apologies, the only action offered to me was 25 per cent off my next booking. When I said this was of literally no use to me as I would not be using them again, I requested a refund of £45.55 for what was not even an overnight service. Six weeks later all I was offered was £20. Despite repeatedly asking for my complaint to be escalated, nothing was done and several emails (9) were completely ignored. A total and utter shower of an organisation and would urge anyone to avoid, avoid, avoid. Truly Awful.
I would just like to say how brilliant and easy this was both ways, the staff were fantastic as were the drivers, quick easy and so easy to do all of it. I am so pleased and will absolutely use them again. I couldn’t recommend them enough honestly.
AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE Used to be my go-to company for a carpark near Gatwick. Will never use again after my last experience. Landed at 15:00 and called them to advise we are making our way to bus stop. Bus didn’t arrive until 16:30 and at that point over 20 people were waiting and the bus only carries 8.Furthermore, once arriving back to my car - which I had valeted the day before. I returned to it with the footwell absolutely filthy and covered in mud, as well as my seat and pedals.Wrote to them explaining my bad experience hoping to be compensated or even an apology - yet there has been no response.Avoid using them, definitely worth paying more for a more reliable and caring service.
Drop off and collect was fine, with Peter the comedian. However when we returned to our car, my driving glasses were missing...they'd obviously dropped out when the car was being moved about by the team.Was provided with no explanation nor did they bother to reply to my complaint when I emailed 'customer service'..Obviously p***** off right now.
Awful company. Have used previously but will never use again. Called up upon landing to inform of our arrival at the airport. Waited 20mins for a mini bus to arrive, boarded mini bus with our luggage placed in the back. Then informed we needed to get off to let another family on who had just shown up at the very last minute as they had apparently called up before us and apparently regardless of first come first served it's down to who calls first (even if they are not at pick up location until bus is departing!!) Extremely FRUSTRATING and such poor practice for a business. Last thing you need after a long flight with children. Drivers were rude and unhelpful. Eventually over 50minutes later we got back to our car. We were informed by front desk that the other family had called 4 MINUTES before us so that warranted us having to give our space up on the minibus!!! Unbelievable!!!! Also had linked our flights to dates for booking and they tried to hit us with an overstay charge even though this was an error on their behalf.
Fantastic service with a very skilled & professional staff, we use them regularly with nothing but professionalism, time keeping and brilliant attitude from start to finish. We always have fun short polite conversation with the staff, they always help us with the luggage and they very friendly to my two little boys. Special thanks to Shad and all the team can't remember the names but they all very helpful. Highly recommended and we shall keep using Cophall Parking, well done you guys. Regards T Zaki & Family
We have booked several times before, they have always been very helpful but on this occasion they have upped their game and surpassed previous experiences. In the last week alone we have had to change our arrival times, and today we had to changed the whole booking, due to cancellation of our original holiday just 3 days ago. I emailed Cophall on Friday and rang them today to make sure they had received it. It was the last thing we had to change over the past few days so it has put our minds at rest.
TERRIBLE!! Customer services several emails sent regarding a voucher issued from covid for a credit after flights cancelled in 2021! Have tried to re-book using said credit voucher to no avail!!! I’m sooo disappointed in you Cophall!!! STAY CLEAR AND DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
