Their Support is completely ridiculous. It seems like a bot answers their emails. They do not allow contacting them by phone. And my response when I am a paying customer is that they will get back to me within 2 days. If there was a way to post pics of their stupid support responses I would. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. That is unless you like being screwed with when you need help.
I am a Copper customer since 2 months now. Here is my review of the product. The good:- I like the integration with Gmail. It's efficient to use the copper extension for Chrome.- The UI with company, persons, tasks, calendars entries etc. is efficient to use as you have a good master/detail view that is quick to navigate. The bad:- The search & select interface is too limited. Selecting multiple people on various criteria is impossible. Only very limited searching is possible. The terrible:- In 2019, Copper does not support international character sets! You cannot import utf8 data into Copper which means you basically can't use the product outside the US without a lot of manual work. This is unacceptable.- The bulk email send feature is useless for anything but trivial emails. For example embedding an image is impossible! The product is pretty good, but I wouldn't call it production ready yet.
I requested to stop being billed, and never agreed to continue service. They have been billing me for months and I just found out today. Absolute trash, and the software was awful too. The cancelling process had "required" fields, and 3 different "Are you sure" screens. Felt like a timeshare property.
I requested to stop billing ( and they can only do on 1 day they can't pro rate you) so I waited another month...they dinged my credit card again! no customer service...just some offshore response bot. You can't call anyone to get help (ever!)They take hours to respond or days. We cancelled because if we need help we need it today...with a CRM you can't wait hours or days or research for an answer.DON'T DO IT! THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER CRMS EQUALLY IF NOT BETTER! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANYTHING AND GOOD LUCK CANCELLING!
I just cannot get any reasonable support from this company. They don't answer emails when I ask for help (yes I am paying $ monthly for this product!!!!) , the Q&A sessions have too many participants so that doesn't help me much either.I cannot do "easy" things on it and just cannot get answers. Of course, now I have invested a lot of hours in creating and putting data into my database so I hate to quick and start all over with another product. This SOOOOO SUCKS!!!!Jane Connor
We've been using Prosperworks (Copper) for over a year now, and it is a very solid platform. The company seems to be working diligently to constantly make improvements. We would like to see more targeted customization options as well as more dedicated support for companies like ours.
So far in my new subscription, so good. I love that it often picks up details of a new contact automatically from a gmail email. The software is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, not confusing.I hesitate to give it a 5 star rating since I haven't used it for long and feel I need further experience.I will say that, compared to the other 4 or 5 CRMs I've tried previously, ProsperWorks appeals to me the most and has far fewer glitches.
