Review Time
After a year of using this CRM with my team, I can confidently say it falls short of expectations. Its limited functionality hardly justifies the steep annual price tag. We constantly found ourselves struggling to perform basic tasks efficiently, often resorting to workarounds due to the software's shortcomings. To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal, displaying little flexibility and responsiveness. In summary, this CRM is a loss of investment. Its lack of utility and poor customer service make it unfit for businesses seeking reliable solutions.
A good tool for small-to-mid-sized businesses running Google Docs. It helped me manage hundreds of target accounts (companies) and hundreds of contacts/leads (people in those companies).Things you might care about:> Email templates that load into your Gmail> Track opens of emails> Track multiple-pipelines (easy to move them around)> Easy to add notes (phone calls, LinkedIn discussions, etc) with prospects
Super Rude. CustomeSuper rude customer service. Sarcastic, arrogant and out right unpleasant. I am not expert in CRM and explained to him our company and he says that “you don’t need CRM you can do it in a spreadsheet”. Kept on asking me what is your need? What do you want to do with it? Trying to give a lecture you on what you don’t understand. If you are a start up and no expert in CRM don’t bother calling this company, they wont hep you and try to make you feel dumb. r Service. Buyer Beware. I would give this company a 0 Star if possible. They sell you a system that does not work as they promise. They say it is a monthly subscription but they bill you annually and will not issue a refund if you decide not to use their product. It became clear early that this was not the right CRM for me. They have no customer service you have to email or they and find their chat box. I have tried to use this product for 2 months and it simply doesn't work for my business. But they refuse to refund the 10 months that remain. I was not told this was an annual contract. They are a very Predatory company with no Ethics. Now I am stuck with a system that I cannot use and a terrible system that does not perform as they said it would. My choice is to file Arbitration. Copper is unscrupulous
I've been using Copper for a few months and it's been everything I want in a CRM and more! It's really intuitive and the Google integration is great. I like the automation capabilities, the templates, the pipelines, the customization - it has everything that I need. The onboarding and support made a big difference in getting set up as well. I can't recommend Copper enough!
We have had a terrible experience with Copper. We are a small business who signed up in January 2023 and paid about $4K for one year. We quickly realized it was cumbersome to add our date and not the right product for us. We canceled our subscription 2 months later--after having not even used the product-- but are unable to get even a pro rata refund, after a lengthy conversation with customer service during which time they took forever to respond. Copper may be useful CRM website, but their customer service is far below what I expect from a modern service company.
Copper gives me the ability to see all of my customers throughout their timeline and support them at the touch of a button. Phone calls text messages emails all in one place. I can see the last time I spoke to them, and the last time they replied. It makes my job so much easier and ensures that I have a smooth transaction.
