After working with Hibu for the last 3-4 months, it appears that their processes are very rigid and mostly templated. So, for example, you have to find the template that works best for your social ads. Then fit your business information in the template that you choose. The other, and larger frustration, is the fact that communication between all of the associates at Hibu is not very good. I am figuring out how to work within Hibu's system by trail and error instead of clear instruction on the front end.
When it comes to advertising I am always on the fence about what is going to drive the traffic to our business. Some places promise things with a high rate. Since I have started working with HIBU. They never oversold me on items that would not benefit us. My rep Emily has been amazing thru the whole process along with the design team helping on our new website. I am totally happy with the outcome and look forward to all the great things that are in store ahead.
