Review Time
I returned a door handle which I hadn’t used at all, was told it was scratched and they wouldn’t refund me and they still have the item. So basically they have stolen money from me. Dreadful. I will not be buying anything from this company again.
A company that positions itself as the one who has the best customer service in reality is a company that has a constant staff turnover with managers who don’t know what is happening with your order. Have a chain of 100 emails just to place few orders, always putting wrong items and its number. Had to spend weeks to get the correct proforma. After sending the orders 2 times to the right address they somehow managed to put the wrong address for the third one (which is the old address of our design studio where we don’t work since 3 years). The packaging with a value of 1000€ was delivered to a random person of a random company, we had to go and search for that person and luckily our package was there. The company said they have no responsibility for the wrong delivery and that we had to check the delivery address (which is true but who could ever think that they would randomly put the wrong adress). Also receiving bad reviews of the mechanisms quality from our electricians. Not recommended and never returning to be their client.
Fantastic quality products. I have used the door handles, light switches, door hinges and door stoppers, and they have truly elevated the whole property with their high quality and weighty feel in antique brass. The customer service is exceptional. A really great company that I would recommend to anyone.
Just had to fit Corston sockets.switches and lights throughout a barn conversion. Never again. The 3 x 6 way light switches and one 8 way light all wired up and awaiting face plates. They have their own unique size back plate with nothing in big letters to warn you so now need rewiring with their back box after walls painted. Recessed down lights have no earth terminal. Why not and Corston didn’t have a clue when I rang. Don’t rate them at all
I must say the corston sockets must be the worst I've ever fitted in 30 years of doing my job. The box screws to screw socket in are shocking and just wear easily..I'd never recommend any of the Architectural sockets appsokutely rubbish.. a cheep socket from B and Q are so much better to fit..
