Had an issue with a product. I called them and they answered immediately, very polite, listenened to my concerns and sent out a replacement part immediately. A cut above the type of customer service you receive these days so I wanted to let others know - these are good people to buy from. Products are very nice too!
The items purchased do not allow the wiring to fit so our electrician told us to send them back. Very poor and slow response from Corston asking me to pay for the return, I was due to order all my switches from there but following this experience will not.
