I would like to thank Esther and Sherifa for their excellent customer service and for attending to me in such a professional and welcoming manner. I came in looking for products listed on your website for my clients, and both ladies were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain the different metal finishes in detail and provided me with a brochure, as well as three metal samples to present to my clients and let them have a feel.
My partner and I recently visited Corston's showroom while on vacation in London and were absolutely delighted with the excellent customer service we received from Esther and Sherifa. As we are not based in the UK, there was an urgency to finalize our order and determine the most optimal and cost-effective shipping strategy (either shipping locally to our hotel in London or directly to our home country). Esther and Sherifa were instrumental in helping us with this, finalizing our order, and even expediting the trade account approval for our interior designer, which resulted in significant savings, all within two hours during our visit. Our products have since arrived safely in our home country in good order, and we're really excited for the installation. Esther and Sherifa went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience, and we are very grateful for their assistance.
We recently placed a large order, and the Corston team supported us excellently from start to finish. One of the company’s employees, Brian, was always available by phone — very friendly and helpful. The order was processed immediately, and the products arrived just a few days later, flawlessly and without any complications. Products are really nice, spent £7000 on switches and sockets on a re wire I am doing.The issue I have with Corston is trying to speak with anyone that can assist you with any technical queries. I Just wanted to clarify something with their dimming units (which are £50 a pop) I brought about 30 of them. 1st conversation I had, I was told the technical person was on holiday, and the 2nd time I called, which was today, 3 weeks later, someone was very apologetic and said that they would get someone from technical to ring me within an hour, that was four hours ago.So the after-care from Corston is pretty much non-existent. You wouldn’t get this service from Forbes and Lomax.
