Ordered my work trousers back in December 2025 .. still not arrived ..
Chased them loads if times , now they are not replying ..
Shocking.. do not order from this company its a scam

Looks like this company is a scam. If it gets delivered then I'll update this review but until then, do not order from these.
Bought trousers expecting long lasting quality workmanship from a company boasting about how good their products are with less than a months where the full button fell out of the trousers. This is a riveted button and despite making numerous complaints to the company they wash their hands of it I am making a formal complaint to the ombudsman. I have told them that hard wearing long lasting garments should last longer than a month and that the fact they are unwilling to do anything is against the consumer rights act do not buy from this company.
This company is fraudulent.
Do not purchase anything from them at all.
They hide lies behind adverts, and they never reply to emails. They will also supply you with email addresses that dont exist.
This company ships badly produced products directly from China, you will wait ages for delivery, by this point you cannot do anything about it.
They will reply to this review the same as they have done with all others, but this changes nothing as they will not communicate with you at all.
Stay away from them, they are a foreign entity trading in the UK, they dont adhere to rules.
I am currently investigating their upper company CJG Company Ltd and several others under the director and his fathers names.
Product quality and comfort.
The front pocket opening needs to be redesigned. For a work pant it needs a wider opening an not be so shallow.
Trying retrieve my wallet is a challenge.
I also purchased the belt, I like it but the buckle has to be taken off in order fit through the loops
Pants were so awesome I bought 6 more pairs and 2 belts. I've got so many compliments and i got at least 8 coworkers to buy some. The fleece pants are incredibly warm. Looking forward to receive the rest. Thanks guys
I ordered three pairs of pants advertised as size 31” for men. When they arrived, I found I couldn't even pull them up fully. After measuring, the waistband turned out to be only 28”. The company is not allowing me to return or exchange them and insists that I'm responsible for the return shipping, which will cost me over $200 since I'm in New York. These pants are not as described, and even though they're not damaged, the company refuses to rectify the situation. Avoid ordering from them. Buyer beware!
I ordered two sets of three pants with belts—one set for men and one for women, lined with fleece for my daughter. The first package was marked as delivered, but I received nothing. They spent weeks trying to resolve the issue, yet no solution was found. It feels like they've taken my money without concern.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. The complaints about obtaining refunds are accurate. I'm still waiting for my refund and I don’t even receive replies anymore. I've reached out multiple times. By law, I am fully entitled to it. I ordered two pairs of work trousers on October 27th. On November 7th, they claimed it was delivered, but I never received them. I contacted them for proof of delivery, and they sent a photo of a random door with a package in front of it. I've shown them what my front door looks like, but they insist they don’t process refunds because it's marked as delivered. It's unbelievable. I've had to purchase alternative products from elsewhere since it's been over 30 days with no items received from this service. It’s too late for me. I don’t want replacements or excuses; I just want my money back, and it’s now December 6th. Do not trust this service.
