Awful company .... my daughter bought a awful quality dress wanted to return it but couldn't as the order number didn't get accepted, she emailed, get fobbed off .... I emailed, got ignored !! Tried to call their telephone number and it's a suspected scam number !!! I want a refund!! Not credit 8n their crappy website. I will be taking them to trading standards and starting legal action. So someone from this awful company needs to speak to me clcery soon
Placed an order for 2 dresses and they sent a incorrect item, very cheap material and see through. The other one doesn’t not look like in the picture and also very cheap material and quality.Tried to email them but it bounced back, they must have blocked my email People stay away from this website
Would actually give no stars, I ordered a short quilted light jacket, in large as I am tall and sizing can be tricky to get right. The jacket looked great in the photo, but reality is poor quality and over priced, I wanted to return the jacket, but they will not do that as they say the item was a sale item, wasn't aware of that to be honest, the jacket is too short in the body so I have wasted my money. They said I can have a store credit, but I would not use them again, it is a con outfit, do not be fooled into using them.
Absolute scam, DO NOT BUY OF THIS WEBSITE. My order came and the quality was awful, I then decided to send my items back and it cost me another £35 for the shipping. The item then got returned back to me after about 5months (I reckon the address to return the items is fake) and obviously no money back. So gutted to have lost so much money. Do not buy of this website please!
SCAM company AVOID at all costwebsite very misleading promising easy refund process.However they do not issue refunds on sale items and all their items are on sale!Instead of a refund They offer a credit note for the price of the items at a cost of £25 to send back!!or keep the awful quality items and provide a 50% credit note and suggest you sell them on yourselves.I doubt that anybody would buy the items as their clothing looks nothing like the pictures shown on their website Overpriced tat for terrible cheap looking items.Avoid at all cost and warn all your family and friends to not attempt to buy from this SCAM company
AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU !!! Absolute scam, poor quality goods, incorrect sizing, hard returns process and still no refund as returned goods stuck in china customs apparently awaiting information from receiver, this has been several weeks now obviously not going to resolve this issue and return my money. Should be shut down.
I ordered a pair of grey pants size L from Couture Moda on the 19th May, they arrived 2 weeks later. When I opened the package I was gobsmacked. Not only was the quality awful, no labels. But the sizing was a total joke. It might just fit my granddaughter of 11.
