I ordered a pair of grey trainers and a brown pair with diamonte arrived. I messaged to ask to get refund or replacement to the shoes I had ordered and was told refunds on sale items not allowed, they offered a 50% voucher or I could return for voucher to full value. Eventually they sent the details to arrange return but said I have to pay £19.24 to do so, the trainers only cost £44.95. Total rip off, dreadful company stay clear
DONT BELIEVE THE POLITE REPLIES!! I was told on my previous bad review that I would be given priority for the refund that I was promised, as written here " Please email us again at supp.... with your order number and previous correspondence—we’ll prioritize a full review" THIS IS LIES!! I was told that I would get a refund of half as the INCORRECT item was received - emailed again and STILL no reply!!
I ordered a dress when arrived it was not as the picture I asked for the return address which they failed to send me. I then found an address on the package and recorded the package.I was then sent an email saying it has been received but as I did not complete the form I might not get a refund.I have emailed again but are not getting any answer.
Absolutely shocking, cheap see through dress, not corseted or satin like advertised, just cheap polyester and stiched material to make it look boned, went to return only for my order number no longer being recognised! Absolute knock off do not purchase
BAN THIS WEBSITE. I've sent my order back as it was not as described - size to fit a child and nothing like the picture. I've had communication from customer service. But now they stopped replying. I paid for first class tracked to return my order. It's been stuck now for 3 months (march) (I'm assuming they won't take delivery of it) so now I'm down another £20 for the postage... Absolute disgrace
DO NOT buy any items from this company the quality of the material is not worth the £39.95 that I paid for the product and the sizing is completely off. This company, although they state that they have a 30 day returns policy, they do not honour this at all. They have refused to even exchange it for a different size so that I am able to to make use of this dress and have simply suggested that I 'gift' the dress to someone else. They advertise a money back guarantee all over their site but this is a complete lie. I am an elderly lady and they have taken advantage of this by saying that their policy says that I cannot get a refund or exchange on this product.
I would give this company minus stars if I could! Dreadful, thin, cheap dress which was very badly made. They make returns extremely difficult and you have to pay shipping costs to return anything. This review updates 2 previous very poor reviews.Following weeks of complaining and sending emails I have finally received full refund of £44.90! I ordered trainers in a certain UK size but they sent much smaller ones in Chinese sizing. They were very poor quality and were just cheap and nasty.I was told to return them (they must be joking at £20), I was offered a partial refund (refused) and I was offered a store credit (would never buy from them again). I don’t think they refund on poor quality, but they should. However, I stuck to my guns over them sending the wrong size and my persistence paid off! Good luck everybody!
So after making the mistake of not reading reviews first I purchased two twin sets. I read the reviews and immediately thought I have made a mistake. I copied and pasted the email address the company use and sent two emails asking about there product. Both emails have bounced back saying undeliverable. Where do I stand with that . I spent around £75 . It's been a week since I ordered and not had anything delivered yet.
