DO NOT BUY from this place - they are selling poor quality defective clothing and the return process is a nightmare - they do not refund and they do not refund the extortionate shipping fees. They should not be permitted to trade - misleading & poor quality in every way.
Awful awful. Cheap clothes coming from China under the pretence it's made and dispatched from London. Paid 50 for dress and the return said yeah can do so did and it cost me 19 to send to china. Two months later still sitting in customs in China. Avoid at all cost. I'm out of £70 for a cheap, tasteless piece of nonsense.
Deal with this company at your peril. Poor quality of dress was only the start of it. Returns process terrible and 3 months later I still haven't been fully refunded even after following their directions to the letter. Not only that, I had to pay extra shipping charges to China for the privilege. Contacting customer service will get you a pleasant response but little results. Believe all the 1 star reviews.
I have only given one star as there is no other way to give a lesser rating. This seller is based in China though they use London address, note not to fail prey of that. I fell for it and did not know until I got the tracking details. I have since(April) returned the 2 shoes ordered, each costing £74 pounds without getting a single penny back yet. Avoid by all means
I've been scammed by this company as well. You can report them to the police on the Action Fraud UK website. They are actually a Chinese company even though their address says London on their website, their numbers on their website don't exist either, their company ID doesn't exist everything about them is false, oh and their goods are REALLY poor quality as those of us who have been stupid enough to buy anything from them know. Also, if they won't give you a refund after you've sent the goods back, you can use Chargeback via your bank to claim the money back if you've paid by debit/credit card. I've just gotten my refund. Justice is served! Good luck.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 dresses in March this year and had to return them as they were too small. There was no returns label in the package. On emailing I was told to return them (to Hong Kong) by tracked mail, costing me £19.70. After chasing them up for my refund, I was eventually sent 50% of the amount due and was told the remainder would be refunded in receipt of the goods in Hong Kong. I have since chased up the remainder of my refund (suggesting they refund my postage too as a gesture of goodwill) several times and have received NO REPLIES. I am now out of pocket by £62.36. I have had no alternative but to report them to the UK International Consumer Centre.
I have already put a review up but just wanted to let you all know. Raise it with your bank. You are covered and can claim your money back. Goods received that don’t look like they are sold online, no mention of returns to China your bank will help you. This is a company ripping people off. Please all raise it with your banks. They will help you. As a consumer we have rights. Google it. Don’t just let them have your money and rip you off. I just got mine refunded from March. Worth it as was £150.
Dreadful company with a registered address in the UK on their website, but they are based in China. The trainers I ordered took weeks to arrive, and when they finally did, they were nothing like described and of absolutely terrible quality. Upon complaining to them multiple times, I was told I could return (to China) at my expense, which would have cost more than half the trainers cost me. After much complaining and them not backing down, I managed to get my money back via the bank - thank goodness I paid on my credit card so I could do this! Don't use this company!!
This company is a complete SCAM!! I ordered 2 jumpsuits from the website (believing it to be UK based) each one costing £55. When they arrived the quality was an absolute joke and looked like items that were made in a junior school textiles class. I then attempted to return them, to find that they would need to be sent back to China at a cost of £26. I then waited over a month for my refund, considering the distance they would need to travel, before I queried it. Now, almost 6 months later, I can no longer find a record of my conversation with the customer support team and the link for the returns portal that I was emailed by them now comes up as ‘Not found’. These fraudsters make me sick! People/companies like these will never prosper. Please DO NOT fall victim to it like I did.
