I order a trouser suit from this company when I realised it wasn’t coming in time for the wedding I tried to cancel the item after an hour of ordering but told to late it was being shipped from China so after a lot of emails I received the order when I finally got into the returns the robbing F@@@ers wanted me to pay for shipping back and wanted to give 50% store credit what a joke I would have been better ordering from SHEIN or TEMU cheaper and probably better quality wish I had read the reviews
This company does not exist outside of China: their company ID for Companies House UK is invented. The clothing I received has a Chinese tag on it that isn’t affiliated with the brand advertised. The fabric isn’t what it is advertised as, the quality is very poor and the company website states they have the right to edit website reviews. I think this says it all.
Don'y buy products from this brand! I ordered from an ad online without realising that the product was to ship from China, taking 2 or 3 weeks. On arrival the shirt didn't fit me and I didn't really like the quality either so wished to return. I was told I would pay the return postage to China estimated at £19.91 or alternatively I could keep the product for a 50% reduction via store credit only!
Awful company. Dress was cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Looks like it is lost money for the two dresses and £26 return postage. Note that the company has responded to this review asking me to email them. To date I have sent 12 emails, most of which have been replied to, with essay responses but will not commit to paying a refund.
Like the many people who have written about their terrible experiences with this company, I tuned in tonight (28th May) to the One Show when Watchdog showed their investigation into the company. If you missed it, do watch it on Catch-up. It exposes the issues which we have all experienced.On a happier note, I have now received a full refund from Couture Moda, so don't give up. Contact your bank or card provider and hang on until you get your refund.
Ordered an outfit absolutely rubbish! The company isn't genuine, the 5 star reviews are made up by employees. There's quite a few of these companies now. Avoid Jones of London too, make out they are Jones the bootmakers. The shoes were nothing like the pic and £35, returning would have cost £36 to china. No box no name or style name inside the shoe. My credit card company refunded the price I had paid.
