Absolutely pathetic customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered from them chased up told it’s on its way then told they don’t have it in stock offered 120% credit or FULL REFUND - now being told they will consider a full refund. They are thieves, just give people their money back! I WILL be taking this matter further.. 😡😡😡😡😡
**Update - if you bought your items on a credit card, make sure to involve your credit card company as soon as possible - ideally within 14 days of recieving the items. This company is a scam and so you can dispute your charge. My credit card company has thankfully recovered the money.**Avoid this website at all costs! I ordered two dresses which took around 3 weeks to arrive. The dresses themselves - despite costing £50 each - are absolutely awful quality, cheap material with stitching coming away at the seams. I ordered two size smalls with a body con fit but the dresses which arrived are large/extra large and completely shapeless. Despite the website saying 'easy returns' and '30 day guarantee' this is not true. As the items are sale items, I'm apparently only entitled to store credit. This is illegal under UK consumer law. If the products you receive are not as described - even if a sale item - you are entitled to a full refund. I also have no interest in store credit given just how awful the original purchases were.Even if a refund is granted, I would be expected to pay £20-£30 shipping costs to return to China - despite a UK address on their website. And from reading the other reviews there is a high chance the refund wouldn't be paid.Save yourself the money, time and effort and shop somewhere else! I will now always check reviews before buying to avoid this horrible experience again.
Appalling, not as advertised, POLYESTER NOT LINEN OR COTTON as advertised. When I complained had to be completed on their form & pay courier to Hong Kong to return! Thankfully had paid on credit card, raised complaint with C card & everything refunded. The pile of rubbish is still sitting here! DO NOT TOUCH THEM
Actually I would give it no stars, do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, only 4 arrived, all cheap, inferior quality. I tried to get a refund and they only offered store credit. I haven’t even received that, £213 totally wasted. They are a scam company, have nothing to do with them.
I had ordered a dress for my wife, had a email saying it had been sent and no parcel was to be seen, I got a photo from the courier it was behind my bin but he didn’t notify me of this until I rang and complained of a missing dress and in that time I received the photo there was nothing there. I further get in touch with customer service and have them repeatedly tell me to question neighbours which I do and now I am just being ignored when i question of a refund! Awful service do not use!!
If I could give 0 stars I would … this company is awful …AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered a dress a good 2 weeks before my nieces wedding. It arrived the day after. The dress is too small for me. I was told I could return it, but it would cost me £20 to return a £40 dress or I could keep the dress and have a 50% voucher off another item. I reluctantly agreed. Then I got an email to say my return had been rejected because I picked the wrong option!!!! 😡 I’ve tried emailing back for a response but have heard nothing. What a bunch of scammers!! Just avoid them!!
Avoid avoid avoid! First of all the clothes is horrible quality and not at all the same design or fabric as advertised on their site. This company is a scam!! They say they have refund guarantee on the site but as soon as you try to return your items they block your email and doesn’t refund you your money! And don’t believe their reply below.. they have blocked my email - like so many others say have happed to them as well - so my email bounces back when I write to them now 🫠 Avoid at all cost! It’s a scam..
Only 1 of the 3 dresses arrived following numerous email exchanges with support at couture-moda.com. Now emails return undeliverable and the website is not accessible.The dress which has arrived is of poor quality with no option to return.Totally Avoid. I am working with my bank for assistance.No confidence whatsoever when they can't even provide a valid email address.
