Every order I have placed has always arrived in a timely manner. The customer service is great and being able to accumulate “rewards” is definitely a plus. I have 5 sets of the pajamas, so I obviously like them, however the sizing is a little off. The pants/shorts seem to run slightly small in the waist. The tops are TTS. I absolutely love all of the bedding! The bamboo sheets are so soft and so comfortable. After years of trying to find a pillow that I love (herniated discs in my neck), I bought the silk pillows for my husband and myself and we both are very happy with them. Overall, I absolutely love cozy earth and will continue to build my CE collection.
Ordered the bamboo linen duvet cover after hearing and reading how soft cozy earth was. I was disappointed that the style I ordered was not silky smooth and soft on my skin in fact a bit scratchy especially on my face. It was on final sale so unfortunately cannot return. Probably won’t buy again from this company.
I love everything I have bought from them. It started with a set of sheets, super soft, can't wait to crawl into bed at night. Then It was the joggers, shirts and socks. All very well made and so comfortable. I will be a long time costumer.
Love my cozy earth sheets! And Pillows! I did order some waffle print or some sort of waffle towels. I’m not impressed. And my husband was drying off after his shower and told me he thinks he’s using a bath mat! 🤦♀️
