Review Time
I like the feel of the sheets and the versatility of them. I often go to bed hot, but as the temperature drops, I tend to freeze. With these sheets, I find that I don't overheat or freeze like with others. The only problem I've come across is when I washed them for the first time. I followed the instructions on the packaging, but there were a ton of pieces of fabric all over the sheets after being washed.
I have two sets of towels that I love from Cozy Earth, so I figured I would give the sheets a try even though they’re a bit pricey. I ordered one fitted king sheet and two pillow cases in the bamboo material. Out of the package they feel heavenly. After the very first wash, both pillow cases and the sheet all have rips at the seams. I have contacted customer support 3 times now and provided pictures and no one has gotten back to me. I’m so incredibly disappointed. The sheets are in the garbage and they’ve lost my business for good. Editing in order to reply to Cozy Earth and how they responded to this review - I specifically asked the customer service representative if I still need to file a claim the “normal way” even though they asked for my order number and pictures via text and she said “No, we will take care of you this way this time”. I continue to receive marketing texts which I’ve opted out of. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!
Absolutely love Cozy Earth products! I have very sensitive skin and all other products make me itch and sometimes leave a rash. Once I discovered Cozy Earth products made with natural bamboo products I immediately started to order them from clothing, sheets and towels. I’m in love with their products and designs. No more inching or rash, only a good night sleep. 😴 I even bring my sheets when I travel. I can’t wait to see what other products they start making!
I had done a lot of research looking for bath towels/sheets since my partner is picking on bath towels. I had narrowed it down to Pottery Barn towels or Cozy Earth and I ended up choosing Cozy Earth because of the warranty and I could not have been happier. These towels are so soft and absorbent that I look forward to using them every time! They don't seem to wrinkle and dry fairly quickly. I even had one where the stitching was coming undone, so I filed a warranty claim, and they approved it and sent me a replacement the next day (I bought a lot of towels so one was bound to be defective). Outstanding service! The towels are not cheap but with a 10-year warranty I think it is worth it. Colors are lovely and very modern. The only thing I think I wished was slightly better was the absorbency, but it is pretty good already. Would definitely recommend.
Saw the ad on Tucker, and decided to give the bamboo bedsheets a try. The sheets were really soft and light, and we got a nice discount as well :-). Shipping did take awhile though, guess most of us may be a little spoilt by the fast shipping from Amazon!
I purchased the eye mask because I knew the fabric would be ridiculously soft, which it is. I wish it were a little bit wider, because if it shifts even a tiny bit, it lets light in. The mask, on my head shifts quite a bit because I’m a side sleeper. Also, the band is a little big…wish it were smaller/tighter.
The sheets came in (super soft and we sized up bc we have a queen bed but with a 4” topper) and the king size fits great. There were some stretch or defects in a few places so I reached out to see what options I had - I threw away the return bag so I wasn’t sure if returning was an option. The person I spoke with said there’s a 10 year warranty, I could submit the pictures & info to see if it qualifies for a replacement and in less than 24 hours I got confirmation it did! They sent the replacement for the components of my order & I received them like, a week maybe 10 days later (12/10 for customer service & response time). We live in the tropics with no AC, we’ve used other brands of “cooling sheets” but these ones are soooo much more effective and softer and I think we’ll be ordering another set (maybe some more from the catalogue) in the near future. I was a little hesitant because of the price but with the refund and/or warranty options it’s kind of a no brainer for us. So glad we went with cozy earth & for real, the customer service woman that helped us deserves a raise or promotion… thank you!!!
I bought the women’s PJs - they are amazing. If hit a time in my life where i go between normal temp and a million degrees and somehow these bamboo PJs are amazing. So soft, good with heat regulation, my legs don’t get too hot in them. Totally worth itAlso shopping was easy. Shipping was fast
