If I could give this awful company a negative I would. I had them from June 2025 to January 2026 - MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN!
SCAM ALERT! They do absolutely nothing but say that it’ll just take a few more weeks for things to populate. WRONG. They do NOTHING. I’m not even sure if anyone actually works at the company. I’ve written to them a dozen+ times and haven’t received any communication. That 90 day money back guarantee - what a joke. I was spending over $250/month for literally nothing. You pay for little extras that are supposed to boost your credit - these added extras just look neat on the screen - other than that - they do nothing. AI seems to be the only entity that answers anything - and even then it can’t do much - I couldn’t even get a copy of my bill (from the AI they use OR a human). I ended up having to go to Instagram chat with whomever runs there social media - which im not entirely convinced it’s not an AI bot as well.
BEWARE - DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCHEME AND YOULL JUST BE THROWING MONEY AWAY!!!

Be very careful with this company. The 90-day guarantee was not honored in my case, even though I canceled within the timeframe. I was unable to get a refund, and my bank couldn’t recover the funds due to their terms. all the reviews and videos on their website they pay these people to do it and every time you sign up from seeing the video the person in the video gets paid. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I keep getting billed twice monthly for $99 and it should only be once a month. However, I tried cancelling for several weeks with no contact from anyone. Finally the AI Bot said it would cancel my service, then the same day it billed me twice again for the service. Also, on August 6, 2025 I was billed $450 for a credit line (legitimate purchase), however, when I kept asking why it has not shown they kept stringing me along and saying just wait. Well, it's over 6 months and still nothing and no one will answer my emails for a refund. This place is a scam for sure
I cancelled with Credit Captain 6 months ago. They continue to charge my card regardless. In fact, this month charging twice! I cannot express just how useless and undependable these people are. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Credit Captain. Credit Captain is a fraud scheme.
I was charged a fee, and then an additional charge for something that should have been part of the initial cost. I couldn't even get verified on the app to access services. I have been emailing and waiting for a refund. This feels like a scam.

I'm paying $129 monthly along with $99 for a supposed seasoned trade line, and they have done nothing for me. They keep claiming they are working on it, but the three credit bureaus tell a different story. They refuse to refund or cancel my account, and it has been over three months. I canceled my account with this service months ago, and it took at least three attempts to do so. The process was quite difficult and involved written communication through emails. This cancellation was finalized back in April 2025. However, on December 25, 2025, they tried to charge my debit card $179.00 without authorization, but my card was locked, and my financial institution alerted me about the attempted charge. After all this time and a formal cancellation, it was shocking to see them attempt to charge my card. I strongly advise against using their services.
It has been months, almost a year, and I still haven't received any response regarding my update or question. Despite repeated assurances from the support team that they would email me or follow up, I have yet to receive any communication or resolution from them.
