Although we had to cancel our rental due to elderly family member having an accident. The entire experience from reservations to speaking with sales has been very good. We were able to view RVS, call and ask questions as well as canceling with full refund was quite easy. We will definitely rent from them when we all get healthier. Thank you for such great customer service.
I was booking online with Cruise America when a low inventory message popped up, prompting me to call. That call ended my online reservation—but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The agent I spoke with was fantastic. She calmly walked me through alternate pickup locations with better inventory and found us a unit that worked perfectly.Even better, we had originally overlooked the smaller RV options, and she showed us one that fit our needs and saved us over $1,000 from our original estimate. Add to that the unlimited miles special, and it was an incredible deal.Thanks to her help, our vacation was back on track, stress-free, and more affordable than we expected. Cruise America really came through—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The representative I spoke with was pushy in asking me if I wanted to make a reservation. I was in the midst, several times, in asking her questions, and she wanted me to commit without hearing out all of my questions. I had to tell her, "I'm stilling asking questions".
I talked to three different reps while researching and booking my trip. They were all incredibly knowledgeable about the products and service they offer, patient as I asked 1 million questions, and helpful beyond what I think should be expected. Will definitely book again.
