Total SCAMMERS! Cryptonomy will not release my crypto even though it has been over 6 months passed it's Fixed expiration date. The crypto I had available in my wallet I tried withdrawing. But Cryptonomy deleted my pending withdraw and created a Launchpool contract locking my crypto for another year against my approval! They will repeat the same excuses over and over again why they cannot release your crypto! Do not use Cryptonomy. It is a complete SCAM!
So an update on a 9 month stake, it unlocked fine and been transferred no problem. I have got some more unlocking in January year contracts and my launch pool, I was a bit worried to be honest seeing all these spam reviews but I’m so glad I went with my gut! So happy with the company and team keep up the good work! Haters keep on hating! And I’ll keep earning!
I have had a mixed experience with Cryptonomy. On the positive side, their support is professional and fast, resolving issues like deposit problems in about 15 minutes. They also offer a good instant swap utility with no fees, which has worked smoothly for me. However, I had a concerning issue where my funds were moved to a fixed 12-month term without my authorization, though I'm currently working with their finance team to resolve it. Overall, while there are some promising aspects, this experience tempers my confidence in their services. Three stars.
Thanks guys on letting us know how thier trick works as of right now I did tried to withdraw all of my funds and few hours later it magically got moved to fixed 12 months without my authorization good thing that I read the reviews so I recorded videos and took screenshots.. rightnow I’m waiting for the finance guy on cryptonomy to talk to me and if they try to rug pull me then I will file a complaint on SEC with every screenshot and vids I gotUpdate as of 11/19 still haven’t got any response to my emails so I will assume that my funds is gone I saw some people on the reviews talking about having a class action lawsuit for cryptonomy can you guys give me a link or site to go to
After multiple attempts to resolve a crypto withdrawl issue with Cryptonomy I remain unsuccessful. I was provided false promises on a few different occasions. Jerry a Support Manager with Cryptonomy told me my withdrawl issue would be resolved by their finance department all that i had to do was reach out to them and they could reverse changes to my wallets transactions told resolve my issue. A little over 24 hours had past but I never received a response back from their finance department. I followed back up with Cryptonomy chat support again to request escalation. I was told by Valery a Support Manager with Cryptonomy that someone from the Finance department would respond back to me within 12 hours. Again no response well after the 12 hours. I reached back out again and was chatting with Valerie once again regarding my issue. Provided the details to her and the chat went silent. Finally I was able to reach another member of the their Support Manager team Matthew. I informed Matthew of my troubles and stated that I decided to start withdrawing my funds due to liquidity issues experienced with trying to exchange FET.AI. Matthew stated that they did not have any liquidity issues so I sent him as recent screenshot from my discussion with Jerry showing the exact opposite of Matthews claim of no liquidity issues with Cryptonomy. I always like to give companies the benefit of the doubt and be able resolve issues at the lowest level but my issue has dragged out for to long. I want others to be aware of the issues I have encountered and consider safer alternatives. 13 Sep 2024Hello Cryptonomy, In response to your statement the information your support staff provided you is not correct. 2 of Support Managers (Jerry and Valery) assured me that my concern could be easily resolved. No mention of penalty withdraws were mentioned nor should i be penalized for withdrawing my funds when i did not authorize them to be there in the first place. The Senior Support Manager Matthew informed me there was no liquidity issues with your platform so i shared a screenshot of the Chat GUI with Jerry that states otherwise. I can provide copys of the GUI Support chat and the chat history logs to support my claim if you would like. I will also add that the finance never responded to my request via email. All that I am asking is for my full crypto currency amount to be returned and my issue will be resolved.11 Nov 2024Over two months have passed since I reported my Customer Service issue to Cryptonomy.Finance directly and then posting on Trustpilot after not getting adequate support.
