Had all my 3d models stolen from…Had all my 3d models stolen from sketchfab site and now sold on Cult3d, reported it to both sites, Sketchfab offered to reset my password! 20 years work stolen in seconds. Cults are refusing to compare my models that I uploaded to Sketchfab to the one on Cults3d site
Shitty site. Does not respect copyright and if you bother others with your models by selling them at more affordable prices they will accuse you of fraud and ban you and don't pay your money back. Shitty site. Don't buy from this site, look for fair prices. Good luck.
I've been following this 3D printing site since its inception. I am referring here to the possibility of downloading free models for 3D wargaming. Over time, the ability to download everything for free gave way to the thirst for profit. Currently, it's a miracle to find free templates. And even when they are found, they are of really poor quality compared to paid projects. In this it does not differ in any way from a company, which makes the website unpleasant and already dated. The reason? If I have to work hard to find and print 3D models, which I will then have to work further on, using time and effort, for something that perhaps will not give the expected result (nothing certifies this), then it is better to buy the ready-made product from a company, which provides quality to zero time. For this reason, the only value of Cults was that it was free. As it is now, it boils down to one more possibility of creating original models, in a context which however presents itself as an offshoot of a company. A sort of double-cross, probably conceived from the beginning, otherwise there would be no explanation for the withdrawal - by some users who uploaded entire armies online - of their entire catalog and the cancellation of the account. Shame on you.
After many years of zero virus attacks on my computer it instantly received an adware virus when I downloaded a 3d file last night. It pops up with many alerts saying my data for an app is at risk, even my "only fans" page which is a bit funny considering I've never had that app. So, did I pay $10 for a Nissan RC body plan and get a free virus thrown in? Not happy.
Honestly I love this site. I have been using it for the last 3 yrs. I buy and sell files on there and recommend both. I've never had issues with the site. Out of 1000 files I purchased over the yrs, I've only had issues with a handful..I reached out to the designer and they fixed the issues. So definitely great site and lots of amazing work on there. Great extra income source too. You can only cash out money every 2 weeks. It use to be every 30days, but they are improving. Just like every other business..they are growing, improving, and getting better with each month that goes by. Love this site and will continue to support them, as they have done with me. - ThecraftyBarker
My account was deleted for no reason at all twice!!!! I didn't even have models in the second account! and they didn't even hesitate or tell me what I did wrong!I hope they all rot in HELL FOR EVER! THOSE SHITTY DEVIL WORSHIPING FRENSH SCUMBAGS!
if i could give negative stars i would. I had an account on cults with money in it that had not been transferred to my paypal account yet. I received an email that they transferred my money to my account as instructed (by someone that changed the account any money should be transferred to, without cults notifying me of the change). When I checked, someone had used my email address, which is on your profile and signed in by saying they forgot their password, and easily got into my payment section and changed it to a foreign country and just changed the email for payment to his own. The theif walked away scott free with my funds, which was sent to france and paid in euros, even though my account stated i live in the US and has monitary in dollars. Cults has zero security, even though they need your info to open an account. When I contacted cults to tell them of their mistake (they DO NOT ASK BEFORE TRANSFERRING ALL OF YOUR FUNDS), they never replied to me after 3 days of emailing (the only way to contact them) and to date have not even responded. A quick google check brought up many complaints like mine about cults. They also have a credibility rating of 2.2 out of 5. If you have info on there, take it down. Just a friendly warning so no one else gets their designs paid gor and funds stolen, with no accountability. Cults3d is NOT to be trusted.
