I should have researched reviews but purchasing. I spent about $60 on models, all of which had major flaws when loaded into the slicing program - missing layers, open ends, etc. They all printed horrible and unusable. When I contacting customer support, they refused to take any responsibility for the products and told me I'd need to work it out directly with the individual artists. This site does not check, validate or stand behind any of the products on their site.
The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and the model catalog impresses with its variety and quality. Everything is organized so that finding the desired model is easy, and the download process is fast and straightforward. The model creators are always ready to help resolve any issues if something is wrong with a model. After purchasing, I now check the model’s appearance in advance and plan how I will print it. I’ve read many reviews where beginners buy a printer and immediately try to print complex figures without any experience handling the printer. They blame the sellers, but they themselves think printing is instantly easy.
