Came to the shop to buy a iphone16 we spent over a grand didn’t have the phone I wanted or the case the screen protector machine not working, we paid the set up fee had to go back to the store twice and still not get phone set up, team member more interested to n leaving at 3pm then helping to deliver what was promised very poor experience
Really quick and easy to order - arranged delivery on a day that suited us and the communication was second to none. The delivery driver was friendly helpful and communicated by phone when he was enroute to check on our location.
I normally like Curry's but this time they used DPD for delivery and that company lived up to its fast diminishing reputation. DPD 'missed me' (what does that mean?) for the first delivery slot (in spite of being home with drive gates open), then there was an 'unforseen situation' (again, what?) which made the re-arranged delivery impossible. On the third attempt they gave a 1400-1500 time slot. No delivery but the package miraculously appeared in our parcel box at around 1830. To be honest I can cope with courier company excuses but what I find inexcusable is the impossibility of talking to a human being about the issue. DPD have a Macchiavelian AI system that, after eight or ten stupid responses, defaults to the original useless reply. Curry's is equally evil as a system - there's no chance of speaking to anyone unless you lie and say you want to buy something. The package eventually arrived 50 hours late but the delivery and customer care system is hopeless and I shall never use Curry's again.
The worst customer service in Wolverhampton (D, St John's Retail Park, Wolverhampton WV2 4SJ ) !!! The Manager Anand was very rude and arrogant with me and my family. He threatened us with words and told us to go away or you will regret being here.I've been a customer for 9/10 years and something like this has never happened to me before he came. Before the managers were friendly, but since I met him I was shocked by the way he answered us.The reason was only for one product. I wanted to make the return the item, I spoke to him politely and he immediately got angry and told us horrible things.
