My order didn't come in time when I spoke to currys online agents they weren't helpful and were so rude and I was still waiting all day the next day to hear from currys I went to the store in the end and my order was there and no one had told me
I have ordered tumble dryer and i paid extra to get it as soon as possible However i didn't receive it because the delivery guys suddenly turned up without letting me know in advance and i wasn't home at that time then he left When i called him to explain he should have called me before he arrives But he was very rude and he didn't care He said it's not my problem and you have to call currys
The last time I praised a company for excellant servicec and price, Trustpilot rejected it as FALSE. But I will try again. Curry;s had the right product at an amazing price. I ordered it on line p.m. Saturday and it wasv delivered by 9.00am Monday. That deserves 5 stars. Ian Redfern-Hyes
