instructions not passed on to the delivery men

the sales staff were good,the request that they use a smaller vehicle or if not the driver reverse up narrow drive were ignored.the call prior to arrival did not happen.freezer in good order , removal of old unit done,delivery men good.

No Stock But Still Taking Orders

Ordered a PS5 game only to receive an email days later to say they had none and would I like something else. Had to then jump through hoops to cancel the order to ensure a refund.Shouldn’t have things on your website if you have no stock and hiding behind T&Cs for doing this is pretty low. Now having to wait on my refund a week later - avoid!
