Review Time
We did some research online so knew which soundbar we wanted. This was backed up when we talked to the salesman in store. Really happy with our purchase. Good price and works great. Sales team were very helpful and easy to deal with. Only slight drawback is I asked if an HDMI cable or optical cable was best. HDMI used in the HDMI/arc port was recommended. I asked if it was included and was told they usually are but was sold a high spec cable at a bit of a discount. I didn't need to pay the extra £15 for this cable as there was one supplied in the box, and I don't notice any difference (my husband may feel differently). With hindsight, I feel I could have had a bit better guidance on whether it was actually necessary to buy the separate cable or at least had the benefits of it explained.
I been yesterday to Charlton Currys and only 2 or 3 staff working for the big currys. Very shameful.Talked to the manager called - Terry. He said, there is no staff to help me, I said, Could you please send someone, He bluntly said No. Asked him again, what have you done regarding shortage of staff and he said , he spoke to CEO currys called Alex , he replied, we can't help you. WHAT A SHAMEFUL SERVICE. Shut it down if you can't provide customer needs.
