It arrived broken

It arrived broken, probably the fault of DPD. Curry's customer services were very good and explained how the item would be picked up for a refund. DPD contacted us, saying they would collect between 9_5. It's now 7.20pm and they have not arrived.

Bait and switch promotions

Stay away from all their promotions. They engage in classic bait and switch behaviour and will deny the promised promotion on made up grounds. I purchased sometime in their Black Friday Price Guarantee sale. The basis is that they will refund the price difference on items purchased during the promotional period should the price fall during Black Friday.Surprise, surprise just as the Black Friday sale starts I get an email saying I failed to register for the promotion without giving the specific reason. The email arrives on 25 November, saying that I feel it is wrong, I need to re-register or contact them by... 25 November. And this is for a purchase made on 12 November. Total scam - never trust any of their primised future promotions ever. I am now arguing back and forth with a person who cannot comprehend a simple sentence. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and I would encourage everyone else who has the same experience to do the same! Never again would I buy anything from these scammers.
