The last time I praised a company for excellant servicec and price, Trustpilot rejected it as FALSE. But I will try again. Curry;s had the right product at an amazing price. I ordered it on line p.m. Saturday and it wasv delivered by 9.00am Monday. That deserves 5 stars. Ian Redfern-Hyes

Not a zero emission vehicle

Very prompt delivery. But it wasn't in a zero emissions vehicle, as thet mentioned in the emailed receipt I received.

Click and Collect Service

We booked click and collect. When we got to Currys, the Customer Services lady phoned it through to the warehouse. Within 5 minutes, the television arrived on a trolley and the man put it straight into the car. You didn't even have to ask, he just did it. Very efficient.

Useless customer service

I ordered a item, supposed to be ready for collection in 2 days, 5 days passed, no email received for the collection, checked on the website, the item is in stock in the store, went to the store to see why I didn’t receive any update and, while is available for sale in store, can I collect the item that I ordered?. NO, I have to wait to receive the confirmation email.Waste of space

My experience with the retailer.

My experience with the retailer was not completely satisfactory. Wrong information on expected delivery was incorrect. Having to be communicating with the courier company. They were unable to provide details of delivery. Various calls were made. Between the customer service agent at the retailer and the courier. Finally the courier gave the telephone number of the company responsible to forward the item to the courier. Hopefully the retailer's customer service agents will give correct information in the future. This has been frustrating and time consuming.

The Curry’s side of the transaction was…

The Curry’s side of the transaction was problem free ,but because it was an online purchase only item I had to deal with fedex for delivery. This was most definitely NOT problem free and as I result I will only buy items from Curry’s that I can purchase and collect in store. No issue with Curry’s, but think about changing your delivery company!
