Emails not working, so went back the next day.The lady behind the customer service department was so unhelpful.She left us and served another customer. I went over and she told me they had no tech people in today.I asked when they will have someone available, she told me I DONT KNOW.THANKS FOR YOUR HELP........... NOT
Easy to order, but collection at store is more complicated than it should be. You have to give the last 4 digits of the credit card used which is on the email they send you to say collection is ready so why not just show the email. Don’t know any other company that does this🤷🏽♂️
Ordering was easy and fast. I got an email that day telling me my tech was ready to collect.Went 2 days later to pick it up but it seemed to be difficult to find on the system and I was even asked to check that I'd ordered collection to that store. However the order was eventually found and collection completed.
Good points : Curry's west Quay Southampton went above and beyond staff were extremely informative and very helpful polite cheerful helped by letting me know that the laptop that I chose for daughters b,day was ok but there was a far superior one for 30 pound more in the saleBad points: delivery from DPD was useless left the expensive laptop on my neighbours doorstep in the pouring rain sent me a photo saying it was delivered to my house which arrived about 10 minutes after delivery and I had been in and waiting for him so I could leave luckily I got it soon enough as the bag was soaked through and the box started to get surface damp
