We went in found the washer we wanted, because we had spoken to one person we couldn't deal with a different one so we had to wait. 4 stars because you don't do a lot and the bit you did was elongated due to a silly rule

Member of staff was very knowledgeable

Member of staff was very knowledgeable. We were looking for a Dyson vacuum, not sure what we wanted. He recommended one which was also on offer which we did buy. Also had the extended guarantee. He explained why we should have this and that was the reason we decided to take this out. Well done to member of staff.

Check the box

Could have been a nightmare if I didn’t look in the box. I wanted a certain camera that came with 2 lenses it was £600 online so I went to my nearest shop and said what I wanted the young man went and got me the camera and charged me £528, I asked was there a discount for coming to store as it was cheaper than I thought and he said yes, so I payed and he carried the box to the front counter to take a security tag off and I thought to myself the box looks small for the bundle I wanted so I opened it and luckily I did because the box was empty, (good job I checked before leaving the store) I told the cashier and I said about the bundle I wanted and he went and came back with a larger box with everything I wanted and had to charge me the difference. Always check the box.
