I really made a mistake not checking into this company more before I placed the order. I didn't realize I was ordering from China either. The order took forever, no response from customer service so I was pretty sure I was scammed. I finally after 2 months received it and of course it wasn't at all what I had ordered. This company is NOT LEGIT.
I wish I had seen these reviews prior to buying. Just got my purchase today after almost a month wait. Sizing is a laugh-I ordered a 2xl-a Medium sized womb might fit this. Measured against my current bra and it is at lest 6 inches smaller. Will dispute this charge and try to return, or at the least donate to a clothes charity.Adds were so good….too bad they LIE!!!Don’t waste your time!!!
I thought I was pretty savvy about spotting scam companies advertizing on Facebook. I am not. I saw the ads for their cooling jelly bras. They appeared to feature normal women in my demographic. I gave the site's About Us a cursory glance and saw their claim they are a US company. So I took a chance and ordered. When I saw the confirmation the next morning, I realized that the size on the confirmation is not the size I ordered. I immediately emailed the customer service email on the confirmation to update or cancel. I then went to their site to look for a chat or phone contact option. Neither are provided. Their site claims that emails are usually responded to in a business day. I never received a response, but I did receive a shipping notification a week later and, surprise, it's coming from China. I subsequently filed a PayPal dispute based on the deceptive site information and the lack of email response to have my funds returned.
The product is extremely poor quality. It’s advertised to lift and shape, but instead it smushed and flattened my chest. On top of that, customer service was unhelpful and only offered a small refund on what was an expensive purchase. Very disappointing overall.
Received two bras. Well they got the colour right and that’s it. I knew immediately these would not fit 🤦♀️. I thought I did my research well. Their reviews are all false… obviously!! I sizes exactly to their chart. Way too small. I would actually need a xxxl 😱😱. They tbh seem well made if they fit. Hey ho. No point even trying to get money back. Lesson learnt.
DO NOT BUY. Just got mine and I’m crying/laughing at how bad this is. I’m a small C, ordered a medium, and somehow it gives me double bubble on top AND on the bottom — which I didn’t even know was possible. It flips up constantly, has these sad little insert pads that do nothing but make lumps, and a random hook on the back like it’s trying to cosplay as a real bra. Save your money, gals — this thing is chaos.
DO NOT DO IT. It is a total scam. My bra came and looked nothing like all the women writing reviews and posting videos. I went by their sizing chart and it was about 2 sizes too small...had irregular shaped sewn in pads (nothing at all that they showed online) and the back was tiny- also not what they showed online.
I have now learned to read reviews first. I ordered a bra, took 4 weeks to arrive, was ill fitting and too small even though I used their size chart to a T. Just emailed for a refund, but after reading all these reviews, I don’t have much hope.
