0 STARS REALLY.....This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Shipping a month plus wait, products are all 3 sizes smaller(nothing was true to size), waiting for a response via email about a refund/ how to ship back is a joke on you/me.
A few days ago I actually got another one, but that size didn’t fit right. I reached out to customer service and they replied super fast, no waiting forever. What impressed me most was how they actually listened before offering a fix. I told them I didn’t wanna wait for an exchange, and they helped me process a refund right away. Whole thing went smooth, and I’m really happy with how they handled it.
I am so pleasantly surprised by everything about this bra, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Bra is so soft & holds up the girls so nicely! for ref i am 34ddd/36dd & i ordered a 40d. I was a little worried bc after i ordered I read all the bad reviews & just took it as a loss, but once i got the shop app I was able to see shipping info, it took almost a month to get to me, but worth the wait. ive washed it & hung dry, it's holding up & seems to me to be made really well, it feels so much nicer than any other bra i have & looks just as good. the pads don't move around like some of the reviews say. i like it!
Looked at size chart. Ordered L. Took weeks to arrive. Looked more like a training bra. Nothing like it was advertised. I emailed customer support to inquire about return/refund. No response for weeks. I bought two bras off a Facebook ad. They took weeks to be delivered. They were way smaller than described and poorly constructed. I emailed customer service. Days went by before I got a response. They offered $10 back if I wanted to keep the bras. I would have to pay shipping if I returned them for a full refund. Shipping to China was more than the cost of the bras. I explained that to them in an email but never heard from them again. Never even got the $10. So I’m out the $40 and have a worthless product.
Just got my bra in today and unboxed it right away. It looked clean and well-packed, with just a tiny wrinkle that’ll come out easy with a quick iron. Tried it on immediately and wow, the fabric feels super soft against my skin. Nothing itchy or rough, and it fits snug but not tight. Really comfy.
