I would give them zero stars if that was an option! Item purchased did not fit, followed the rules for return/exchange by reaching out to where it said to, MULTIPLE TIMES, three to be exact and crickets, zero response! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Founded in US but crap comes from China! I should have known better!
I regret ever ordering from this company. The item I received arrived with no tags, appeared worn, and had no proper packaging. I immediately reached out by email on multiple occasions, but now it has been nearly a month with zero response. This company has no phone number listed, and they simply ignore customer complaints.Because they refused to respond, I had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge. No reputable business should force customers into that position. Their products are questionable, and their customer service is nonexistent.Do not waste your money — this company is untrustworthy and dishonest.
This company is a complete scam! I ordered two bras what I got was a very different bro than what I ordered. The advertising is great. Looks perfect. Got the wide side bars on the side. It’s wonderful advertising but when you get the product, you got crap from China Too small skinny straps does not fit. Does not have the side coverings that they promised in the advertising spent $50 on two bras got ripped off tried to email them no response several emails later no response no one 800 number to call and get a refund and absolute scam. Report them to the BBB immediately
Curverva sizing is way off the top of dresses are way to big and sit super low (nothing like they advertise). The dresses shipped from a Berton Wilde out of Chicago but I was asked to return the items to China. The return never made it to either place and got sent back to me now im stuck because it's been 30 days and they didnt receive them so no return money and i am stuck with 3 dresses that don't fit. All while they offered me $20 compensation. Then they stopped messaging me back when I said no I would like to return them for a full refund. Complete Scam.
Atrocious. If there was a choice for no stars, that would be appropriate. I placed an order, they charged my account, and it took a day or two to get the confirmation email. The tracking number doesn’t exist, and nothing has been delivered. It has been two weeks or more. I have emailed them twice and they don’t bother to respond. I just lost $40 that I will never get back and they take zero accountability.
I will not order from Curvevera again. I bought 2 items. One of them was called Lift Inserts. The concept of the item was good, but I had trouble with gapping around my breast. I contacted them on August 5 to return the item. Today is August 31st and I have yet to hear from them.The other item was Ultimate Tummy Control Backless Active Dress. The quality and fit was nothing like what was advertised. On August 27th I requested return information, and as so far, I have not received any response.Also, both items took a very long time to receive, and I was getting request for reviews long before I ever got the items. I have not been happy with this experience.
