I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their sizing is completely misleading. For those with larger busts, the 3X size feels more like a medium. I attempted to return the item and sent this message: This bra is far too small for a 42 H. I need to send it back. I feel frustrated because I see models similar to my size on their site endorsing this bra. I followed the size chart provided. I received a response stating: We apologize for your dissatisfaction, but since payment has been processed and you have received the item, a full refund is not an option. They offered two solutions: Solution 1: $8 compensation. Solution 2: If you want a refund, you must return the item to this address. We will process the refund once we receive it. After returning, please provide the tracking number. Thank you for your message. Avoid this company at all costs!
This is a fraudulent operation. They take your money and you never receive your order. The tracking information makes no sense, which is when I realized something was off. The customer service number is non-functional. I've emailed multiple times asking for a refund, but they only reply with, "It’s on its way" without addressing my refund request. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I got caught up in their social media advertisements. I hope my review helps others avoid this mistake.
If I could, I would give a zero rating. The advertisements are deceptive and the sizing is much smaller than claimed. I measured carefully before ordering, yet it arrived two sizes smaller than expected. Shipping took forever and the return process is a hassle. This is a total joke. I ordered over a month ago and have been checking the app as instructed, but there are no updates. I tried calling their customer service number, which is disconnected, and I've sent two emails and a message on social media without any response. I'm now disputing the charges on my card.
