If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is mostly non existent, the quality of the product is poor and the sizing isn’t even close to correct. And with technology today I would atleast expect a response without being blamed for not liking the product. Terrible product, do NOT recommend.
Scam company in China. I thought I read the reviews, but I was wrong. The sizing is atrocious – – not even close to their sizing guide. Refund options are $5 or mail back to China— gotta wonder what return postage to China would cost. I chose neither one, but I am warning anybody not to buy from Curvera. They were not concerned when I told them I was going to write a bad review. Buyer beware…
This is literally the worst bra I’ve ever bought. I thought the pads were sewn in based on the description but instead each time it’s washed the pads twist and fold and it is nearly impossible to get them placed in correctly again since the opening for them is so small.
I was a fool. I should have read this site first. I ordered 2x according to the size chart. What they sent would not fit a Barbie doll. Crap. You cannot return or exchange. Mine came from NEW JERSEY and the sent a return address in. CHINA! What? They say “Either only receive a $10 “refund” or mail it to China. “Tell me what you choose,” they say.
0 stars. I received a completely different product than I ordered and they won't reimburse me or send me the replacement. They keep saying "we are sorry you are not satisfied" and that I have to pay to return it to China which would like cost as much as the product. Receiving the wrong product should not be on me. I have emailed 5 times so far, and still no reimbursement.
This company is an absolute fraud. I purchased from them and got a bra that would fit a baby. When I tried to return it they said they would give me $15 back on a $32 order. After a lengthy back-and-forth, I finally, out of frustration said, send me the $15. They never refunded the money and they are saying that they did. This company is such a scam. I’m mad at myself for falling for it.Do not buy from this company. The product will be lousy and you will never get your money back.
