Seriously wish I had looked at reviews before I bought these! Spend $113 on them and they are way too small even though I went off the sizing charts. Boobs literally won’t fit in there! Also took a month to get them… Please don’t buy them!
DO NOT PURCHASE!! I purchased two bras in different sizes as their sizing chart seemed a little off. It took over a month to receive even though they “came” from Vernon, CA to San Diego, CA. I have contacted their refund dept THREE times to return the product for a refund as the product was not as stated. Wonky fit and straps are too short and not adjustable so the bras ride up no matter what. Only received one reply to my initial request that they couldn’t send replacement sizes yet. Did they even read my email?!?!?! I explained in the two subsequent emails that I am requesting a refund. CRICKETS….. Cannot find them on better business bureau and shipping would be roughly the same cost as the bras as, after doing some digging, their return center is in China
Absolutely not the product they advertise. I actually ordered one size larger and this would fit a toddler. Size is not correct. Product is paper thin and of poor quality. Refund procedures are impossible as the shipping costs are your responsibility and are very very high as the company is based in China, although the package was shipped to me from a return address in PA from a woman's address. Do not do business with is company.
I was fooled by the ads. Purchased 3 bras. None fit. Immediately, the day i received contacted for return. 4 days later received a response. They offered $20 refund or I can ship back to China. I could have sworn I saw a WV address on the invoice email. Ive contacted Amex for a dispute.
Where to begin? The item’s quality is subpar. Forget about their “satisfaction guarantee or your money back.” That’s a lie. I sent 2 email requests for a refund before finally hearing back. Once they did, the response was the the below. Please read and ask yourself which you would take - the measly $10 compensation or put yourself more in the hole by shipping this back to China in hopes of getting anything back but knowing you’re now assuming international shipping expenses. Horrible, horrible company. I personally requested the $10 back. We’ll see if they actually honor it. Ordered several jelly bras using their sizing chart. They were too small. Reached out immediately to get them replaced with a larger size. They sent an email that they were very busy with overwhelming orders and would get back to me soon with instructions. It’s been almost 30 days since I requested an exchange. Still no instructions. Then I look at reviews, this is a consistent issue. Very sad. I like the bra if it was a size bigger.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Shipping took almost a month, sizing chart was inaccurate, and now I have 3 of 4 bras that don't fit. I sent an email request to return my order, did not hear back for almost a week. My options are to get $20 back (not even the cost of one bra) or pay for shipping (which the seller does not encourage or recommend). Plenty of other sites US based sites to choose from. Avoid this one at all costs!
My order took a month to arrive, from China. I ordered 2 bras based on sizing chart, but they don't fit, way too small. Emailed customer service several times within their timeframe for returns, no response. No phone number or chat feature, only an email address. Now I'm stuck with bras I can't wear, but at this point I wouldn't trust them to provide a refund even if I did pay to ship it back. Don't order from here unless you're willing to gamble with your money... you may or may not receive items that may or may not fit and definitely won't get a response if you have any issues with your order!
What a scam although I did get an email back from them after informing them I wanted to return the two items that I purchased. They told me I had two options. Return the items to China on my own dime or get a $10 refund. What a scam. The product (two bras) were unbelievably poor quality and didn’t begin to fit.
