ZERO STARS! Do not do business with this fraudulent company! Online refund policy states you can return within 30 days and they don’t stand behind it. Sizing is off. Company is based in China which I didn’t know when I ordered mine. I’m out of luck but maybe I can save someone else some money by staying far, far away from Curvevera and Oonoono (or however that’s spelled).
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased three bras totalling over $100 and they were too small. I have read their refund policy which states you can either: get a refund of 20-50% and keep the items or pay the shipping to return the items and get a full refund. I have emailed this company 7 times now, with absolutely no response. Unfortunately, I purchased from Curvera before reading the numerous reviews on multiple sites that everyone that has dealt with them has either been scammed or can’t get a hold of them when inquiring about a return or refund! Shame on companies like this! I hope they go out of business.
I wish I had reviewed prior ordering. I went by their sizing chart to order. Took many weeks to arrive. Too small. Have emailed customer service support multiple times. No response. Not I am stuck spending over 50.00 and bras that do not fit. Product ok but not worth the price.
I ordered a product and they sent a product that was 3 sizes too small. When I sent an email letting them know I did not get what I ordered they wrote "Dear customer, we are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations, but we have paid for the product and you have also received the product, so we cannot refund the full amount. " I'd like to exchange and have them pay shipping, since they messed up. But they are not willing. Now I am out $33.
I totally didn’t look at the refund policy and see to return it was to China. That’s why it took so long to get here. Also the sizing is way too small compared to what items in America use as a size guide. Now to return due to size issues it’s my responsibility to pay for shipping. Plus I have to ship internationally which is a painful process. I’m waiting to see what discount they will give me in lieu of me returning it as that was another option they give. Thank goodness I only bought one item for a total of about $32. Don’t buy from them is my recommendation!
