They use an unreliable and untrustworthy shipping company ordered over $100 wirth of shirts took about 2 weeks to ship and another to "arrive" when I got home 3 hours after said delivery, package was nowhere to be found both the company and their shipper claim theres no proof of loss and now I cant get reinbursed.
Do not but from the company, this is a scam..... i made a purchase on the 2nd of September and till today i have not received my item till this day and it is November. Im currently in the process of attaining a refund with my bank supplier. Purchase at your own risk boy.
I liked how many options and descriptive steps there are to set-up expectations on what exactly is "custom" for a design BUT I think updating the site, to show what these inputs look like would be wayyy better. It can be useful and probably more attractive to customers to know what their final projects will look like
