I ordered for Christmas like many others, hoping it would arrive on time, but I've been told my order is still 'processing.' I ordered on December 12th, and it’s evident they can’t handle orders efficiently. I requested to cancel my order, but they refused. Absolute disappointment—just don’t bother.
This company is incredibly disappointing. I placed an order on December 15th without any information on delivery or order processing. After emailing customer service, I received no reply. I have now demanded to cancel my order and request a full refund. This service is among the worst I’ve encountered, and I’m almost convinced it’s a scam. Avoid it.
I would give a zero if I could. I paid for delivery, but two weeks later, it still hasn’t even been dispatched. I was told to wait a few days, and when I followed up, they said to wait a bit longer. Once shipped, it will take 12 days to reach me. I tried to cancel, but there was no response.
Like many others, I ordered after seeing numerous ads. I placed my order on November 28th. After two weeks without updates, I emailed customer service. They replied quickly but provided no meaningful answers, saying shipping depends on several factors without giving a timeline.
I ordered a hoodie on November 30th as a Christmas gift. After two weeks without updates or delivery, I reached out for information. They said it would ship eventually but couldn’t provide a timeline. This company is highly disappointing. Avoid ordering from them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. I placed an order after seeing an advertisement for a product on Instagram, but shortly after, I read bad reviews and saw real life images of their hoodies which showed their quality was not reflective of their prices. Ten minutes after placing my order, I reached out to request cancellation. Their policy states that if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a full refund. Instead of complying with their own policy, for three days I have been in an email battle with “customer service” who at first completely refused to acknowledge my request and instead told me that they have given me “priority shipping”, then offered me a 20% discount on ANOTHER order. In the most recent communication, they have agreed to refund my order but requested a 15% cancellation fee?! I am still in the process of trying to get my full refund. This company are scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
